Unfortunately, we still do not fully understand the aging process. Most scientists believe that aging is probably the result of a combination of factors including our inherited genes from our parents, the environment in which we live, and our lifestyle. We all notice the physical effects of aging such as wrinkles, gray hair, and reduced physical abilities. There are also many other changes to our internal organs and physiology that we cannot see.
